Berawal dari seringnya pohon pisang yang berada halaman depan rumah berbuah, dan akhirnya membusuk karena terlalu banyak tidak termakan. Disitulah saya mulai berfikir bagaimana buah pisang itu bisa bermanfaaat dan termakan oleh orang-orang. Akhirnya saya pun mulai mengolah makanan dari olahan berbagai makanan dari bahan dasar pisang.
